Can I mix and match topics within a single plan?
Absolutely. Each plan covers one programme engagement, but you are free to combine related topics — for example, pairing leadership communication with conflict resolution — within the allocated session days. If you need coverage across multiple unrelated domains, we recommend the Professional or Enterprise plans for the additional flexibility they provide.
Are there discounts for booking multiple programmes?
Yes. Organisations that commit to three or more programme engagements within a 12-month period receive a volume discount of up to 15 per cent. We also offer preferential rates for charities, non-profits and public-sector bodies. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What is included in the needs analysis?
For the Essentials plan, we send a structured online questionnaire to key stakeholders and participants to understand current skill levels and learning objectives. For Professional and Enterprise plans, we conduct in-depth interviews, review existing competency frameworks, observe team dynamics where appropriate and produce a written analysis report with recommended learning outcomes.
Do you offer virtual-only delivery?
Yes. All of our programmes can be delivered entirely online via interactive virtual classrooms. We use breakout rooms, live polling, digital whiteboards and collaborative exercises to ensure the virtual experience is just as engaging as face-to-face training. Virtual delivery is available across all three pricing tiers.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
We understand that business priorities shift. If you need to reschedule, simply let us know at least ten business days before the session date and we will move it at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made with fewer than ten days' notice may incur a small administrative fee, which we will discuss with you in advance.
Is travel included in the price?
For training delivered within 50 miles of our East Osinski office, travel and expenses are included. For locations further afield, we add a transparent travel supplement based on actual costs. We are always happy to discuss this upfront so there are no surprises on your invoice.
